This is where we play a big part. Our team were all people who loved the manhwas but as any fan wants, we wanted to rep our fandom! But limited access to products or shipping issues hampered our ability to get our hands on merchandise.

Manhwas originate from South Korea so this means many of the merchandise we wanted were located far away. And when we did finally find something and exchanged countless translated emails we would find out they didn't ship to us, take our payment method and anything else you could think! This went on time after time.

​

But finally after much trying we were able to develop friendships and relationships with individuals, companies and warehouses overseas and across the globe that has made this process much easier. While our process is still not perfect we are still working on bringing you the best process we can. Feedback from you guys is critical for growth so don't be afraid to share ideas. After FINALLY getting the pieces together and the right people to organize the products getting to us we wanted to share this with other manhwa lovers. Well because quite frankly they deserve more attention! But without the means to get to their fans that's gonna be hard.

To connect with others and help share the cool merchandise we have been able to get we had to figure out a way to display all products, let people order but we couldn't figure it out. We were stuck for a bit but then it hit us, A WEBSITE, of course haha.

So that is when we created this. You may be wondering how many people are on our team. Well it's only two of us here in the states. But besides us we have a handful of friends located in Korea, Asia, and Europe helping facilitate our process. This is our passion project and though we are limited on funds we still want to bring you the best experience method possible. New features and products are in the works and are looking forward to growing. Learn more on the next column!

Our project was created late 2019 and has slowly developed to the website you currently are on! On our website you will see you can browse the different products we have. You can also place orders but you may notice that we are limited in some of the things we can do. Unfortunately because of our size, limited funds, resources and as of right now time we are restricted in how we can take payments. Our current payment methods include PayPal, Venmo, Cashapp, and Facebook Payments. Major credit cards are soon being added! Please bare with us as we get everything set up. We appreciate the patience.

After placing your order you may be wondering what comes next. Fair enough! After placing your order our team works on getting your items properly delivered to you. Many of our products are coming from overseas or from shops that actually don't deliver to you. Because of this we had to get creative.

Through our previous connections and relationship building with individuals, warehouses and companies we are able to purchase, store and process the items right to your front door! Our items come with tracking for a secure delivery. Since we are shipping the product through multiple points and or large distances though the delivery times may take up to 6 weeks but most arrive in 1-2 weeks. Though many of our products have a variety of shipping options allowing for quicker delivery even up to just two days.
