What areas do you ship to?Almost anywhere! With our systems and different shipping points throughout the globe we are very flexible where we can ship and deliver too. After each order is placed we send a confirmation email to ensure the order, items and shipping address is correct. If we notice any issues we will be sure to inform you then and there.

When will my delivery get here?Almost all products will be either passing through multiple shipping points and or covering a large traveling distance. Because of this some deliveries may take up to 6 weeks but most arrive within 1-2 weeks. Though when selecting your item you may have the option for faster delivery options. Some methods can increase delivery to just two days. Will differ with each product. All items come with tracking information for safe and secure delivery.

You're sold out of the product I wanted, now what?"Aw man! We're sorry about that. But as always shoot us a message and if our team can help you out we definitley will. Alternatively we can offer to alert you once the product comes back into stock.

Can I request merchandise?You sure can! Our site is constantly being improved and developed. Anything from technical aspects to product inventory. We want everyone to be able to find and rep the fandom of their choice. If we don't have a manhwa you're interested in let us know! If we can get our hands on some we will be sure to let you know.

Why is there a shipping invoice?Not all orders will need a secondary shipping invoice but some may qualify. If your order does we will be sure to let you know. The shipping invoice is determined after finding out if any extra fees will be needed to ship to your destination and through customs. In most cases the prices you see at check out will reflect the true cost of the item and shipping costs. When we reach out with our confirmation email we will confirm your order, items and the price at checkout. Once confirmed we send out one invoice and ship out your items. In the few cases where a secondary shipping invoice is needed that is becasue we do not yet know the full price of the shipping cost. So the first invoice sent is for the item cost and after finding out shipping cost we send out the secondary shipping invoice. In these cases the cost of shipping may reflect the cost shown or be a couple dollars higher or even lower. First item invoice is refundable if you choose to do so prior to secondary invoice.

Where do the products come from?Our products are a collection from thoughout the globe. Many of our manufacturers come from South Korea and other Asian regions. Because of the very hard or impossible process of obtaining these items in other parts of the world was the cause of this website. Other products may come from artists and other manufacturers from throughout the world.

How can payments be made?As of right now we can take a variety of payment methods including; Paypal invoice, Venmo, Cashapp, Facebook Payments and Cash for local sales. Checks (cashiers check or private), giftcards and other alternative methods of payment not accepted at this time. Due to limited resources and budget we are restricted but are working hard to soon bring major debit card/credit card payments. Look for it soon!

Is there warranty? Returns? Refunds?At this time any warranty on items will be done through the manufacturers. Any warranty on items will be disclosed after selecting items and placing order in the confirmation email or in the product description. We do offer tracking for all packages for secure delivery. While item condition and warranty will be done through the manufacturers any issues can be processed through us. Send an email of your order number, item and issue and we will reach out to the manufacturer on your behalf to recieve a working item and resolve the problem. In cases that the delivery is lost or failed to reach the destination, with proof, we will take responsibility and offer a full refund. Any other refunds/returns/exchanges not due to your package failing to deliver is handled through the manufacturer but once again if you send us a message we can act on your behalf to help guide the process.
