Shipping Policy
Our shipping policy is straight forward and simple! All of our products are sourced from a variety of manufacturers and because of this our products may have to pass through multiple shipping points and or large distances. This means some deliveries may take up to 6 weeks. But don't panic! We understand some people have a harder time with patience, uhm Brian looking at you, and just want their hands on the goods like yesterday. When placing your order look at the different shipping options available along with the cost and time to ship. Some methods can take shipping from two weeks to just two days. If you don't see any alternative methods don't hesitate to ask in the confirmation email to see if there are any alternative methods you can use. Most deliveries arrive sometime between 1-3 weeks.

Because we work with a global network of 3rd party printers, manufacturers, stores, etc that make your orders, once you place an order on the site, each item is sent to the independent printer closest to you.
Due to the locations of the 3rd party partners and international shipping restrictions, products on our website are not available for the following countries:

Refunds and Warranties
At this time any warranty on items will be done through the manufacturers. Any warranty on items will be disclosed after selecting items and placing order in the confirmation email or in the product description. We do offer tracking for all packages for secure delivery.
While item condition and warranty will be done through the manufacturers any issues can be processed through us. Send an email of your order number, item and issue and we will reach out to the manufacturer on your behalf to receive a working item and resolve the problem.
In cases that the delivery is lost or failed to reach the destination, with proof, we will take responsibility and offer a full refund.
Return & Exchange Policy
Any other returns/exchanges not due to your package failing to deliver is handled through the manufacturer but once again if you send us a message we can act on your behalf to help guide the process. Thank you!
