    Returns are accepted within 14 days of the item's arrival. Return shipping expenses are to be paid by the buyer. A refund will be provided when the item has arrived back and been checked for potential usage damage.

    Refunds due to shipping damage are dealt with a case-by-case basis, depending on the damage suffered. Pictures need to be provided.
