1. Color of the product may vary according to a monitor specification or a kind.

 

2. All cases are colored by 3D surface transfer technique, and there is edge gradation and color fading due to the surface transfer characteristics.

   The difference is different for each model and color, and it is a technical part that is common to all cases.

 

3. All products are custom made products that are out of stock at the same time as the order. Therefore, it is impossible to exchange / refund by simple remorse or misorder.

 

4. Case made of hard case material may feel tight when detached.

   It is made tight to prevent the case from falling off the phone when you use the strap.

 

5. The second case hard case is a design aid and will not protect your phone from dropping or impact.

 

We will inform you that exchange / refund is possible only for defective items except for the above items.

1. All products are made to order. The order will be shipped the next day for the confirmed order.

 

2. The order change / cancellation order is made only before confirmation of payment.

   Since it is produced after the payment is confirmed, it is impossible to change the order or cancel the order when the payment is over.
